Patissier
- These chefs are pastry chefs who are trained and experts in making baked goods such as desserts and pastries.
Sauce Chef

Poissonier

Rotisseur
- These are meat chefs and are responsible for meat-related food preparation.
Entremetier

Garde Manger

- A tournant is an all-around chef who assists with whatever task is needed in the kitchen.
- They are expected to have a wide knowledge of the basic operations per station so they can also serve as a stand-in whenever a member is absent.
- Aside from working in restaurants or being a personal and private chef, job opportunities as celebrity chefs can also be considered.
