How to Edit Worksheets Offline
Some teachers will prefer to edit and use worksheets offline in either PowerPoint for Windows or Keynote if you use Mac. To edit our worksheets offline, just open the worksheet in Google Slides by clicking Edit Worksheet and then from the File menu choose the Download as option and then select Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx).
You do not need a Google account to access and download the PowerPoint file. Once you have the file downloaded you can open it and edit the worksheet using your preferred software (usually PowerPoint or Keynote). You can even create your own worksheets with completely different Google Slides, Keynote and PowerPoint template.
