Is the price a yearly fee?
For Premium subscriptions, yes, but you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. Lifetime is a one-time payment for lifetime access. Basic accounts are free of charge.
Do you offer support if I need help?

Do you have a refund policy?
No. Because of the digital nature of our product, access to benefits is instant, and all content can be evaluated through our free samples on a basic membership, we do not issue refunds on new subscriptions nor refunds on renewals of Premium memberships. Do you offer any free samples?
Yes. We provide samples of all worksheets so that you can assess the downloads before you upgrade to a Premium or Lifetime membership. They consist of the full fact file and one activity. Depending on the type of activity, it may also come with an answer key.
