- Entitled “An Amazon.com Review”, MacKenzie’s 900-word book review pointed out alleged erroneous parts of the book, such as how Amazon.com’s work culture was misrepresented and that Jeff had read the book “Remains of the Day” after he began Amazon, not before it, like how Stone detailed.
- She also highlighted the book’s attempt to speak for Jeff’s state of mind when the Amazon founder was not even interviewed for the book.
